Glenda, known professionally as Chef G’Licious, is a private chef with over 20 years of experience creating elevated, personalized dining experiences rooted in culture and bold flavor. Born and raised in Queens, New York, to South American and Caribbean parents, her culinary journey began at home, where food was both tradition and celebration. Entirely self-taught, she built an impressive career cooking at some of Long Island’s most notable venues before serving as Executive Chef Manager for The Estée Lauder Companies’ corporate offices in Melville, NY.
Her work has since expanded to high-profile events and celebrity clients, including DJ Kid Capri, Ashanti, Fabolous, and Ja Rule. Specializing in Caribbean fusion cuisine with flair, Chef G’Licious is known for her creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to craft bespoke menus tailored to each client. From intimate in-home dining to grand celebrations, she delivers unforgettable culinary experiences that bring the art of fine dining directly to your table.
